The Employee Relations Manager is a key role within the EU Employee Experience and Relations Field organization, reporting to the UK & IE EXR leader. The role is responsible for executing the country-specific strategy and developing actions to address labor relations challenges throughout the logistics supply chain.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in employee relations, labor relations, and labor/employment law.
  • Proven track record in crisis management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting before executive audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in an employee and labor relations strategic role with a focus on pan-EU coverage.
  • Experience supporting large hourly workforces highly desired.
