Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of UK employment law and best practices in employee relations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
