About the Role

This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office in Manchester) where you will play a vital part in a team of experienced ER professionals who are dedicated to delivering a high-quality ER service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising Managers on policy, HR best practice, and legislation.
  • Partnering with Managers through coaching and mentoring, assessing risk and providing expert guidance.
  • Ideal candidate will possess CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualifications.
  • A solid understanding of employment law legislation and its application in a commercial environment.
