This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to take the next step in their career and lead a team of mortgage professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and develop less experienced colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- Provide supervisory support to the Mortgage Services Sales Manager, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent knowledge of financial services core products, including mortgages, life assurance, critical illness, income protection, and buildings and contents insurance.
- Stay up-to-date with market developments and ensure that the team is aware of the latest products and services.
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve business targets and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Two years' experience in financial services, with a minimum of nine months as a Senior Mortgage Advisor.
- Demonstrated a consistent performance in business production and quality.
- Awareness of the latest products and market developments.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as Certificate in Financial Planning, Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), or industry-recognised equivalent.
