Job Overview:

This role is instrumental in supporting the Director of Servicing at ColCap UK to ensure that the mortgage portfolio is serviced in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.

The post holder will be responsible for key tasks including contributing to team decision-making, applying UK mortgage regulations consistently, dealing with customer requests, and engaging with regulated loan customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to regulated loan customers, ensuring compliance with MCOB and Consumer Duty principles.
  • Mortgage Servicing: Administer the Coral servicing platform, handling customer requests, and supporting the transition of tasks to the Manila team.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to developing and maintaining primary and special servicing manuals, ensuring they are up-to-date with prevailing UK laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development: Facilitate changes to policy through the ColCap governance structure and work with the Manila UK servicing operation to update operational procedures.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant customer servicing experience
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver outstanding service
  • Excellent attention to detail and superior communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload in a high-volume environment
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of securitization desirable

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
