About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our client's central HR team as a People Relations Manager. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on Employee Relations case management, allowing you to make a significant impact across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key advisor on legal risks and employment law, shaping policies that foster a proactive Employee Relations environment.
  • Work closely with HR and operational leaders, earning recognition as a trusted advisor whose insights drive effective solutions and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Play an integral role in managing change processes.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members, spreading your knowledge and fostering a learning environment within the HR team.
Requirements
  • A seasoned ER professional with substantial experience, ideally within a large, fast-paced organization.
  • A deep understanding of UK employment law, coupled with the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering solutions that align with our client's core values and business objectives.
