About the Team:
In collaboration with a focused team and engaging with other change professionals and various stakeholders, you will be instrumental in steering organizational transformation within the company. The team is diverse, comprising over 200 colleagues across multiple regions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Guide a team in executing successful change initiatives and services.
- Establish and maintain a proficient team capable of delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Oversee personnel assignments, performance assessments, and career development.
- Foster and sustain robust customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction with change services.
- Manage ROI, Program Planning and Execution, Testing, Release Deployment, and Portfolio management.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects in partnership with Sales.
- Facilitate scalable change across the organization by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide oversight of change initiatives for specific products within the organization.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven team building, personnel management, and leadership capabilities.
- Direct experience in Wealth Management and demonstrated leadership in change management.
- Thorough understanding of capital markets, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong grasp of project/program management methodologies and evaluation metrics.
- Ability to network, negotiate, and influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Confidence to excel in high-pressure environments and strong presentation skills.
