As an integral part of the global change management team for SAP S/4 HANA and o9 Planning Transformation, you will spearhead change initiatives for a vital component of one of Mondelēz's most significant transformations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective implementation and acceptance of new SAP S/4 HANA EWM warehouse management systems and processes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

This long-term initiative offers a remarkable opportunity to enhance and optimize business capabilities in line with our Vision 2030. Mondelēz is adopting a focused approach to transformation, emphasizing process streamlining, user interface improvements, system integration, and more.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with stakeholders to foster and maintain change
  • Develop a persuasive change narrative and justification
  • Identify and involve key stakeholders
  • Formulate and execute effective change management strategies
  • Assess and address the organizational impacts of change
  • Create user personas and map their experiences
  • Design and implement strategic change interventions
  • Develop and execute a thorough communication and engagement strategy
  • Enhance change management capabilities within project teams
  • Evaluate and measure the success of change strategies

Your Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate change management
  • Proven ability to manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with best practices in change management
  • Innovative use of communication tools
  • Ambitious and motivated to lead change initiatives
  • Knowledge of warehouse management processes and SAP S/4 HANA is advantageous
