Job Description

Training Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our Business Support Team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing a supportive learning culture that benefits everyone.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including the Management Team, HR, and Learning and Development (L&D) departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Management Team, HR, and L&D to identify and address training and development needs, conducting thorough training needs analysis.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with mandatory training requirements, ensuring that all team members are up-to-date with the latest training.
  • Schedule training programs and events, working closely with trainers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, Business Support Team, and Technical Trainers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support new starters with their induction, setting up necessary IT accounts and equipment to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Develop and create training documentation, including user guides and instructional materials.
  • Provide voice-over support for training videos, ensuring engaging and informative content.
  • Collaborate with the team to roll out new products and services, providing training and support as needed.
  • Facilitate group discussions, meetings, and workshops, promoting a culture of learning and development.
