At Vodafone UK Retail, we're looking for a talented and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Falmouth. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

What will you be doing?
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of sales and customer service professionals
  • Driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Managing store operations, including inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborating with the wider Vodafone UK Retail team to achieve business objectives

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager who has a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
