Salary: Above Real Wage + uncapped commission
Hours: 40 hours per week
Vodafone UK Retail is seeking a talented individual to lead our Falmouth store and contribute to the growth of our local business. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales experts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective coaching and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales experts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers
  • Drive sales through effective coaching and leadership
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, stock, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the wider Vodafone UK Retail team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to commute to Falmouth and occasionally cover other stores
