Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biomedical Scientist to join our team at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Biomedical Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and effective service through the Quality Management System [QMS].

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and technical aspects of the service.
  • Deliver a high-quality, efficient, and effective service through the QMS.
  • Implement change as directed by the laboratory seniors/manager, when delegated or appropriate to service needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant specialist knowledge of cellular pathology techniques acquired over a significant period within a UK laboratory.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to utilise evaluation tools.
