The Job Description

This role involves managing the procurement and contract administration function on various projects, developing supply chain relationships, creating procurement strategies, evaluating tenders, negotiating contracts, and providing advice on contract administration.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, specifically in procurement and contract management, and be well-versed in standard Forms of Contract (NEC4) used in the UK and Europe.

This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to travel occasionally to client sites.

Key Tasks
  1. Manage the procurement process for Belcan's projects.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  3. Review main contracts and provide guidance to project teams.
  4. Provide cost and commercial reporting.
