Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Safety Management: Ensure the safe operation of trains and station premises, including the maintenance of security protocols and adherence to company safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of station assistants to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, plus regional allowance, and a range of benefits including free duty and leisure travel on SWR services and a generous pension scheme.
