The Customer Success Tenant Liaison role at Home Made is a dynamic opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of proptech lettings innovation. We're seeking a skilled individual who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is passionate about revolutionising the rental industry.

Key responsibilities include guiding tenants seamlessly from holding payment to move-in day, ensuring a customer-centric journey every step of the way. This involves taking them through referencing contracts, move-in day questions, and ultimately their final financial payments to move-in.

Other key tasks include booking in pre-tenancy maintenance and compliance requirements, working with the sales team to ensure offer agreements are being held, and drafting tenancy agreements for distribution. Additionally, the successful candidate will stay ahead of the curve on compliance with legislation, keeping up-to-date with policy changes and regulations.

As a Customer Success Tenant Liaison, you will be the glue that ensures smooth communication and collaboration between departments. You will work with internal teams to support new tenancies, including tenant changeovers, landlord changeovers, addendums, and deeds of surrender. You will also maintain a record of important documents and keep the organisation of files on track.

Key skills and qualifications include excellent written communication, a comfort with numbers and financial figures, and strong interpersonal skills. You will be a champion of the customer experience, driving results and seeking effective solutions.
