Teacher for Students with SEMH Needs

Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to work with students who require additional support due to SEMH needs. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a nurturing environment where students can thrive.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver effective lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH needs.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, promoting positive relationships with students.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Regularly monitor student progress and provide updates to parents, carers, and staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEMH education principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
