Regional Sales Lead

As a Regional Sales Lead at Path Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts across the South, specifically Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Devon, & Cornwall, and surrounding areas. This role involves supporting clients in managing their energy, welfare, and protection needs efficiently and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts across the South region.
- Providing expert guidance and support to clients on sustainable solutions for their energy, welfare, and protection needs.
- Working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions to clients.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the construction hire industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable solutions and their applications in the construction sector.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
