Financial Administrator Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to our Executive Team.

Main Duties:
  • Manage all invoice queries, purchase order numbers, and reconciliations for the school.
  • Support the Trust and Executive Team members with administrative tasks, including arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Process expenses for travel and hotel arrangements.
  • Liaise with parents and external agencies regarding costs for the Governing Body and other local schools on behalf of the Trust.
  • Maintain a policy checklist and alert the CEO when policies need reviewing.

Salary Range: £28,603 - £30,564 per annum (Term Time Only)

Required Expertise:
  • Proven experience in a finance administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with electronic filing systems.
