**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, MARLOW**
Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a new role? BAP Pharma is a global leader in Clinical Trials supply, specialising in comparator sourcing and secondary packaging. Founded in 2011, we are an incredible story of growth and success, with offices in the UK, USA and Germany.
We are now looking to recruit an Administrator to support our Office Manager with the smooth running of our office in Marlow, from answering the telephone to meeting visitors, managing office stock, booking travel arrangements and general office administration tasks.

As our Office Administrator your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Office Manager with day-to-day facilities tasks
- Supporting our senior executives when required, printing and scanning of documents, booking travel, accommodation and restaurants
- Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, taxi pick-ups) and ensuring a seamless travel experience
- Working with external travel companies to ensure employees are set up; book travel, as and when required
- Arranging hotel accommodation, car rental and taxis for employees and visitors, when required
- Answering and dealing with telephone calls and enquiries, taking relevant messages
- Managing incoming and outgoing office post and deliveries
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are briefed
- Ensuring facilities are maintained in a healthy and clean manner
- Managing office equipment, from kitchen stock to checking stationary
- Ensuring the office is stocked correctly, from kitchen, stationery, office equipment and furniture.
- Ordering and monitoring of office stationery needs
- Managing meeting rooms, ensure rooms are always kept to a high standard and be responsible for meeting room set up
- Organising food and beverages as required
- Raising purchase orders and place orders for non-stock items, e.g., packaging materials for the warehouse and office
- Booking and assisting with planning of company events
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects when required
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to plan and book complex travel arrangements for multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages - knowledge of PowerPoint would be an advantage but is not essential
You will also be able to prioritise your own workload, taking initiative and being a self-starter. You must be able to work alone effectively and also play a part in the team and wider business when required.
Start time for this role is between 8.00 am to 8.30 am.
