General Office Administrator and Credit Controller

R&S Recovery Services Limited are recruiting for a general office administrator and credit controller. The role will include the following:
- Answering the office administration phone
- Petty cash management
- General office administration to include, but not limited to:
- Filing
- Submission of electricity/water/photocopier meter readings
- Stock management, ordering and allocation of company uniforms and office stationery supplies
- Assistance with ad hoc projects (e.g. company promotional merchandise)
- Assistance with elements of other roles where staff are on holiday
This is a diverse role and as such the successful applicant will require the following skills:
- A strong team player who will be able to work with a wide range of individuals to achieve a common goal
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Able to communicate effectively to individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to build up a good rapport with customers
- Have a personable and effective telephone manner
- Keep calm under pressure
- Show good organisation skills in time management and document management
- A self-starter, able to manage your own time
- Flexible - able to respond to the requirements of the office as they arise
The role is full time Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm with an hour for lunch. It is office based at our offices at Wycombe Air Park, Marlow SL7 3DJ. The salary is negotiable depending on age and experience but will be between £18,000 per annum for a young starter with little previous experience up to £28,000 per annum for someone who has more experience to offer the business.
