Administrative and Financial Support Officer

This Finance Officer role requires a high level of confidentiality and efficiency in handling multiple administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the executive office.
Daily Tasks:- Deal with all invoice queries, purchase order numbers, and reconciliations for the school.
- Assist the Trust and Executive Team members with arranging both internal and external meetings.
- Process expenses for travel and hotel arrangements.
- Liaise with parents and external agencies regarding costs for the Governing Body and other local schools on behalf of the Trust.
- Maintain a policy checklist and alert the CEO when policies need reviewing.
Estimated Annual Salary: £29,080
Essential Requirements:- Proven experience in a finance administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with electronic filing systems.
