Job Description

This Finance Officer role requires a high level of confidentiality and efficiency in handling multiple administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the executive office.

Daily Tasks:
  1. Deal with all invoice queries, purchase order numbers, and reconciliations for the school.
  2. Assist the Trust and Executive Team members with arranging both internal and external meetings.
  3. Process expenses for travel and hotel arrangements.
  4. Liaise with parents and external agencies regarding costs for the Governing Body and other local schools on behalf of the Trust.
  5. Maintain a policy checklist and alert the CEO when policies need reviewing.

Estimated Annual Salary: £29,080

Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a finance administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with electronic filing systems.
