Job Description

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you'll support our Financial Planners and their clients, ensuring seamless administrative services and diary management. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and navigate provider platforms using software confidently.
  • Co-ordinate Financial Planner's diaries and arrange client meetings effectively.
  • Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including production of annual planning meeting packs.
  • Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar role within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Financial Services. A good understanding of pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection will be beneficial. Intermediate Excel skills are also required.
