About the Role

As a Clinical Team Lead at Barchester, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical standards across multiple care homes in your region. Your role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all residents receive the highest level of care on each shift. This will include developing care plans tailored to individual residents' needs, mentoring and supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Strong up-to-date clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks, including safe medicine administration and NMC standards
