Job Summary

The salary for this permanent position is £47,679 per annum. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will provide essential clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered every day. You will act as a positive role model, lead by example, and support the team in delivering personalised, high-quality care that truly makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily clinical leadership, ensuring exceptional care and adherence to best practice guidelines
  • Oversee service user assessments, admissions, and discharge planning in collaboration with their care team
  • Foster a learning and reflective culture, empowering staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Lead recruitment, retention, and induction of staff, mentoring newly qualified staff and students
  • Ensure safeguarding policies are upheld, managing risk assessments and care plans to protect all service users
Requirements
  • Registered RGN, RMN, or RNLD, with NMC pin
  • Committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care
  • Enjoy leading teams and acting as positive role models, supporting the development of nursing teams
