The Retreat Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to oversee the development and clinical oversight of its Children & Young People's services. This role will involve working closely with Heads of Service to ensure delivery of high-quality services, which are statutorily and regulatory compliant and aligned with the values of The Retreat.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to provide clinical leadership to a team of experienced therapists across our York and Manchester bases, as well as those working online. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for carrying your own therapy caseload, providing clinical support and leadership, and contributing to the overall success of our CYP services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience as a psychotherapist or clinical/counselling psychologist, with a strong track record of professional leadership and management. A preference will be given to clinicians trained and accredited in Psychodynamic or Psychoanalytic models of therapy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and patient outcomes
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members
  • Contribute to service planning and budgeting
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years' experience as a psychotherapist or clinical/counselling psychologist
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of **£42,500-£48,500 pro rata**, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
