About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Player Development and Performance to lead our Loan Player Management team at Liverpool FC. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading player contract renegotiations and leverage relevant trading expertise to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of contract status, collaborating with the Assistant Sporting Director to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with FA and LFC safeguarding rules and regulations when interacting with young children.

Essential Qualifications:
• Recent experience in leading player contract renegotiations and relevant player trading experience.
• Strong understanding of performance analysis software and data tracking tools such as Hudl, SportsCode.
• Proven track record of working in a senior leadership position within an elite development environment.
• Hold or be working towards FA Talent ID level 4 qualification and possess a background in player scouting or identification.
• Established network of contacts and relationships relevant to this position.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle due to travel requirements.

What We Offer:
• Salary range: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum based on experience.
