We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. As a Trainee PWP, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality psychological therapies to individuals experiencing anxiety and depression.
About the RoleAs a Trainee PWP, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide brief structured supported psychological treatments, such as guided self-help, to individuals across the adult age range. You will be employed by us and attend university two days a week, while working in one of our services the remaining three days.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality psychological therapies to individuals experiencing anxiety and depression

We are looking for a candidate who has:
Evidence of ability to study successfully at undergraduate year 1 level or the equivalentMinimum level 2 in English and MathsWork or volunteer experience with people who have experienced a mental health problemExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone skillsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £31,944 to £34,937 per annum, plus a Higher Cost Allowance. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
