Job Title: Clinical Wellbeing Practitioner
About the Role:
As a Clinical Wellbeing Practitioner at Bupa, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve better mental health outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work independently and as part of a wider clinical team, providing clinical guidance and support to clients and internal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and make evidence-based treatment recommendations in line with NICE guidelines.
- Manage a caseload of clients receiving computerised-CBT, completing fortnightly reviews and support for intervention.
- Support oncology clients in association with Macmillan cancer, conducting mental health assessments and making recommendations for those living with cancer.
Requirements:
- Completed a BPS accredited degree in Psychology or health-related sciences.
- Hold an MSc in Psychology, or associated therapies or health-related sciences, with experience in a healthcare assessment role and/or working with different patient groups.
- Strong professional and personal drive, empathic, compassionate, and responsive.
