We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our Technology team at Wagamama. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the group's commercial contracts, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with our business strategy and agreed architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Manage the full lifecycle of technology contracts and commercials, ensuring the company enters into agreements that are commercially advantageous and mitigate risk.
- Supplier Management: Manage the day-to-day with our suppliers, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with business strategy and agreed architecture.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of technology contracts, including software licenses, hardware purchases, cloud services agreements, and maintenance contracts.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise contractual terms.
- Financial Management: Key approver of all invoices running through the department, ensuring that the department is tracking to budget and able to make adjustments to process through monitoring spending trends.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the contracting process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in technology contracts and commercials management or buying.
- Skills: Strong understanding of contract law principles and best practices, excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
