About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our New Business People sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Access People solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business & cross-sell opportunities for Access People solutions.
  • Utilize CRM to generate new business and cross-sell opportunities, and be comfortable with the social selling approach.
  • Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects, and be able to discuss them effectively.
  • Attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas, and attend meetings in support of other salespeople.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to customers.
  • Respond to inquiries quickly, and provide feedback to improve team performance.
Requirements
  • Proven success in a B2B sales role, specifically within HCM or Learning software.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups in person or virtually, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
  • Able to work on own initiative, self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, and written.
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team.
  • Acts with integrity, loyalty, and honesty.
  • Remain calm and polite at all times, even under intense pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Full UK driving license.
