We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our New Business People sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Access People solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Access People solutions
  • Utilize CRM to generate new business opportunities and cross-sell solutions
  • Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely updates and accurate forecasting
  • Attend exhibitions, host seminars, and present sales ideas to support other sales team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to customers
  • Respond to inquiries promptly, providing feedback to improve team performance
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring they reach their intended revenue goals
Requirements
  • Proven success in B2B sales, specifically within HCM or Learning software
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and working effectively as part of a small team
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone, email, and written
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, cooperation with, and support for colleagues and clients
  • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning
  • Acts with integrity, loyalty, and honesty
  • Remains calm and polite under intense pressure
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Full UK driving license
