Senior Business Development Manager

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our People Solutions team at The Access Group. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our People solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Access People solutions
Utilize CRM to generate new business and cross-sell opportunities, with a focus on social selling and maximizing LinkedIn
Create and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects, with the ability to discuss and update pipeline information regularly
Attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas, and attend meetings in support of other salespeople
Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to customers
Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance
Requirements:
Proven success in a B2B sales role, specifically within HCM or Learning software
Comfortable presenting to groups in person or virtually, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization
Ability to develop positive relationships, cooperation with, and support for colleagues and clients
Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning, both for yourself and the team
Acts with integrity, loyalty, and honesty
Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Full UK driving license
