As a Support and Guidance Specialist at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, you will play a vital role in promoting effective participation and enhancing individual learning. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and guidance to learners and staff working with them, removing barriers to learning and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to learners with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement inclusive learning strategies
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Knowledge of inclusive learning practices and strategies

Working Arrangements:

  • 28 hours per week, 4 days per week
  • College terms, 38 weeks per year
