Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Training Manager to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, as well as designing and delivering engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to identify, attract, and select high-calibre candidates.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze workforce data to inform talent acquisition and development decisions.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
