We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Learning Support Coordinator to join our team at Indie School. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess student needs and develop strategies to support their learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver lessons that cater to individual student needs.
  • Provide direct support to students, including supervising them during lessons and activities.
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.

Compensation Package:

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per annum.
