Job Overview

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Support: Provide individualized and group sessions to address specific learning challenges, ensuring students achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with classroom teachers, SEN coordinators, and other support staff to integrate intervention strategies into the broader curriculum.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a primary school setting, along with experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
  • Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Level 1 upwards and good numeracy and literacy skills.
