Marketing Coordinator Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Leadership Team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, maintaining records, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including event planning, meeting arrangements, and budgeting.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and results.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership Team to develop and execute marketing plans.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum.The role is based in Richmond, but may require occasional travel for meetings and events.
