Job Overview
Sanctuary Personnel LtdWe are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to join our client's expanding Substance Misuse Service based in Camberwell.
The successful candidate will form part of the senior leadership team, working closely with the Service Manager and Lead Doctor to provide high-quality clinical service provision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated pathways for individuals requiring treatment for health needs related to addiction.
- Ensure the clinical model is effective, efficient, and aligned with CGL policy and national guidance.
- Implement and maintain an immunisation and vaccination scheme to combat blood-borne viruses and other infectious diseases.
- Apply clinical governance principles and maintain continuous professional development.
- Participate in recording and investigating incidents/complaints as directed by the Service Manager.
- A qualified Non-Medical Prescriber.
- At least one year's relevant and recent experience in substance misuse treatment.
- Competitive salary: £43,814.48 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Lifelong learning opportunities with 6 days' CPD time and access to the RCNi learning platform.
