Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist & Tri-Borough COMHAD/Substance Misuse Lead, providing specialist mental health assessment, consultation, and short-term interventions within Greenwich CAMHS Adolescent Team.

The successful candidate will have excellent working knowledge of mental health presentations in children and young people, as well as experience of working therapeutically with children and young people. They will also have evidence of facilitating quality improvement in practice and managing and supervising clinicians attending emergency presentations of children in various settings.

This role requires strong leadership, vision, strategic thinking, and planning skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders involved in the development, commissioning, or delivery of drug/alcohol/substance misuse services.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
