Quickline Communications is looking for an experienced Salesforce Systems Improvement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for improving our Salesforce system stack.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our Salesforce system. You will also plan and support the facilitation of meetings and workshops with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining business requirements and creating test data to support acceptance testing.
  • Ensuring systems test environments are prepared to support project activity.
  • Creating business analysis documentation and templates to support project delivery.

Requirements include:

  • A strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and experience working within them.
  • Experience with JIRA and Salesforce, ideally across a range of Salesforce Clouds.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
