About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Finance and Administration Clerk to support our team at Your World Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Service Support Lead, including tasks such as data entry, typing clinical letters, and managing referrals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a secretarial qualification or relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have experience working with databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately entering patient information into our database.
  • Clinical Letters: Typing and preparing medical correspondence for patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Referrals: Managing incoming referrals from various sources.
  • Patient Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records on our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.

Estimated Salary Range: £11,500 - £14,000 per annum based on 25 hours per week.
