About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Researcher to lead our User Research team at Cleo AI. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering user research projects that inform our product development and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the User Research team in conducting user research studies, analyzing findings, and communicating insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and execute research plans to inform product development and business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure user research is integrated into product development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and experience design
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure user research is aligned with business goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in user research, with a focus on leading user research teams
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality user research studies and insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles and practices
