Job Title: Senior User Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Researcher to join our agile, global team. As a key member of our team, you will lead research activities, working closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and product managers to uncover and define insights that drive design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of research and testing methods, including interviews, surveys, and observations, to inform product development decisions.
  • Help structure and define the use of research tools, templates, and supporting materials to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and testing sessions to gather insights and drive design decisions.
  • Evaluate ideas by analyzing testing findings, identifying themes, patterns, behaviors, and opportunities.
  • Present findings to team members and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with designers to integrate research into design decisions and testing sessions, generating a wide range of ideas for improving the user experience.
  • Work across internal teams to share findings and insights, steering decision-making.
  • Articulate the value and benefits of user research in daily work with others outside the team.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design practices.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a user researcher.
  • Basic UX design knowledge.
  • Agency/Consultancy and in-house experience.
  • Experience in collaboration and communication tools (Slack, Miro, Figjam, Jira, Microsoft Office).
