Senior User Researcher Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Researcher to join our talented User Research team at EMIS. As a Senior User Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our health technology products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and design research studies throughout the product lifecycle
  • Utilize a variety of research methodologies to guide stakeholders in addressing their questions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed user-centered and evidence-based approaches to product and service design
  • Support junior members of the User Research team to embed a culture of user-centered design
  • Work closely with Product Designers to embed rapid research and findings into agile teams and processes
