We are seeking a User Researcher to join our team, bringing strong previous experience in a User Research role using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have solid capability across the whole User Research lifecycle from defining recruitment briefs and research objectives through to synthesis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, running, and managing user research using a variety of techniques.
  • Helping to educate designers, product managers, and content designers on best practice research techniques.
  • Working with the data analytics team to combine research to discover new insights.
  • Helping to foster a culture of team involvement in user research, team analysis, design rationale, and decision-making based on user needs.

You will need to have experience conducting user research in a product-led company and using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques to address design challenges for new and existing products or services.

We are looking for someone with a creative approach to problem-solving and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of research techniques, including UX evaluative testing, diary studies, ethnographic observation, survey design, and co-creation workshops.
