About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned User Research professional to lead our team at Cleo AI. As Head of User Research, you'll be responsible for driving our research agenda, developing and executing research plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute research plans to inform product development and strategy
  • Lead a team of User Researchers to deliver high-quality research projects
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure research findings are integrated into product development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in User Research
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
  • Significant experience in leading User Research teams in a B2C product business
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality research projects and insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
