Lead User Researcher

Join Elixirr International's global team as a Lead User Researcher, where you will play a key role in uncovering insights to drive design decisions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research methods, including interviews, surveys, and observations, to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with designers to integrate research findings into design decisions and testing sessions.
  • Evaluate ideas by analyzing testing findings, identifying themes, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Present findings to team members and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Work across internal teams to share findings and insights, steering decision-making.
  • Articulate the value and benefits of user research in daily work with others.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design practices.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a user researcher.
  • Basic UX design knowledge.
  • Agency/Consultancy and in-house experience.
  • Experience with collaboration and communication tools (Slack, Miro, Figjam, Jira, Microsoft Office).
