About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our private sector team at CAE Technology Services Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer acquisition for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, develop, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
    • Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships and Partnerships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Present accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
    • Collate and analyze data from sales tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven track record of managing and developing a successful sales team.
    • Strong leadership skills, driven, emotional intelligence, and natural coaching ability.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extensive experience in B2B sales management and commercial awareness.
  • Technical Skills
    • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and sales tools.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Robust networking, relationship, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
