About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Free-Work UK. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the IT sales market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Sales Discovery and Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth sales discovery sessions to understand clients' recruitment challenges and showcase how our services can address their specific needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide tailored solutions and guidance on how our services can meet their recruitment objectives.
  • Relationship Building and Nurturing: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure we remain top of mind and differentiate ourselves from competitors.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with clients to negotiate pricing and service agreements that align with their budget and requirements.
  • Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction and retention, and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Revenue Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent sourcing is mandatory, with experience in IT recruitment a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong understanding of sales process, methodologies, and qualification criteria.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for tracking deals and ensuring clean data.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and building multi-step sequences for outbound sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
