Job Summary

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell Delta Fan & Thermal products in the UK market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with customer Procurement and R&D teams to define suitable products and conditions.
  • Coordinate operational activities with the engineering team and factory to ensure timely launches.
  • Drive commercial and technical issues to closure, arranging resources and engaging relevant parties.
  • Visit customers, potential customers, and industry events regularly to organize sales activities.
  • Research and identify potential direct customers within specified markets, industries, and applications, providing feedback to engineering and marketing teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow business in target countries and markets through Representatives/Distributors channels.
  • Assist the Business Director in developing and nurturing new market strategies and approaches.
  • Represent Delta Group as a whole, promoting cross-selling activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the Fan Motor and Cooling Solution industry, specifically in Telecom, Industrial, Automotive, and White Goods sectors.
  • Good knowledge of DC Fan, EC Fan, EMI, Heat Sinks, and Air Conditioner products and markets.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ODM/OEM experience working in international companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in building sales channels through local partners/agents.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and intercultural organizations.
  • Strong organization, planning, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Self-initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
  • Result-driven and committed to delivering quality.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Inquisitive and open to new innovation and technology.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
